A clinic brand, neighbourhood or building name can cover multiple institutions or branches. Ask for the exact medical-institution name, street address, floor if relevant, and the branch that would handle your visit. Do not treat a map listing, social profile or marketing page as confirmation of a particular branch.

If a facilitator or content site names a clinic, use that as planning information only. The medical institution must confirm its own location, availability, staff and appointment details directly.

Request the exact named product, volume, device or shot count where relevant; the proposed treatment area; what is included; the total amount including VAT; and any consultation, numbing, aftercare, deposit or cancellation conditions. A menu, advertisement or price table is not your final quote.

If a quotation changes, ask the clinic to explain the change in writing before you accept it. Do not compare package names alone: product presentation, volume, inclusions and VAT treatment can differ.

Confirm whether the physician consultation itself is available in a language you understand, not only whether reception can communicate in that language. Ask who will answer questions and how you can clarify the plan before the visit.

Ask for the exact Seoul date, time, expected visit duration, arrival instructions, payment method and any cancellation deadline. Keep room in your itinerary because an enquiry or an informal message is not a reserved appointment.

Before you share personal or health information, read the clinic's current privacy notice and the specific consent request. If the recipient, purpose, sharing arrangement or retention period is unclear, pause and ask for clarification.

Treat an appointment as confirmed only when the clinic has offered the exact branch, date, time and material terms, and you have accepted that same offer through the clinic's stated process. Save the written confirmation and any reference number.

The treating physician decides medical suitability after consultation. A written slot, menu price or travel plan does not guarantee that a procedure will be recommended, available or appropriate for you.

After a clinic confirms the visit, ask about procedure-specific preparation, temporary effects, aftercare, payment and follow-up. Do not assume a universal recovery period or that treatment can safely be scheduled immediately before a flight or fixed event.
