Appointment request form

Your request goes to Aurea Clinic's booking team: aureaclinic.co.kr@gmail.com

Sending a request does not confirm an appointment. The clinic must agree the details with you first.

What would you like help with?
When will you be in Seoul?

Enter the first and last dates you could visit. The clinic uses this window to check availability; no time is reserved yet.

Dates not decided yet?

Ask Clinics Korea a general question first. You do not need to guess dates or submit this form.

Selected clinic: Aurea Clinic

Before you send a request

Can I start with a consultation?

Choose ‘Consultation first’ in the request form if you have not chosen a treatment. The clinic confirms the consultation arrangements and any fee. If your travel dates are still undecided, ask Clinics Korea a general question first.

When are the appointment and price confirmed?

Sending a request does not book an appointment. The clinic checks availability and confirms the time, proposed treatment and final written price with you. Ask for the VAT-inclusive total and any extra charges before accepting.

How do I change or cancel a request?

Reply to the clinic’s email, quoting your request number if you have one. If you have not received a reply, ask Clinics Korea for help. The clinic must confirm any change, cancellation terms or refund conditions; this website does not apply them automatically.

Who replies, and which languages are available?

Aurea Clinic handles appointment requests; Clinics Korea handles general email questions. Reply times and language arrangements must be confirmed with the relevant team. A translated website does not guarantee consultation or medical interpreting in that language.
